Weightlifting is a big part of my life. There is nothing better than the physical and mental challenge that comes with showing up for yourself everyday and seeing progress.
My experience with weightlifting and the great coaching I have received is what led me to become a personal trainer and establish my practice. I get so much energy from seeing those around me succeed.
